As a published author of the book, "Etiquette For The Savvy Professional", Carol has become a sought after speaker and instructor nationwide. Whether it’s a large corporation like VISA, who retained her services to assist in polishing some of their new recruits… or the New York School System, where she provided training workshops for the faculty and students, Carol works, even with Disney, to prepare talent for various roles!
